My Story
I have extensive litigation experience in Massachusetts Federal, Superior and District Courts. My practice concentrates in insurance coverage analysis and litigation of premises liability, special investigations, contract, arson and the prosecution and defense of bad faith claims and in litigating commercial and contract disputes.
I have been a lead presenter at seminars for insurance industry professionals, insurance company clients and various industry associations including International Association of Special Investigations Units (IASIU), New England Association of Insurance Fraud Investigators (NEAIFI) and National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB). Attorney D’Eramo has presented on various industry topics, including investigation and litigation techniques related to arson, medical fraud investigations, defense of bad faith insurance practices and first-party property losses.
I received my Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School where I graduated Summa Cum Laude and served on the Vermont Law Review. I serve as the First Vice-President of Bellevue Golf Club in Melrose, MA.
